Returns
- Eligibility for Returns:
- You can return any product within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, unworn, and still in its original packaging with the tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include undergarments, swimwear, and items marked as final sale.
- Return Process:
- To start the return process, reach out to our customer support team at support@zarposh.com.pk. Be sure to include your order number and the details of the item you’d like to return.
- Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how to send the item back
Refunds
Refund Process:
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days. The credited amount will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be issued—for instance, if the item is returned in a condition that isn’t its original state or has been damaged by the customer.
Shipping Costs:
Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you’re eligible for a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount
Exchanges
- If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind or selecting the wrong size, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect item, will take care of the return shipping expenses.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account again first.
Next, get in touch with your credit card company, as it might take some time for the refund to be officially processed and posted.

Return Shipping
